Amity’s Abigail Ressler’s Fundraiser for Smilow Teen Center

Abigail Ressler, a freshman at Amity Regional High School in Woodbridge, handcrafted lip scrubs, colorful slime, crayons and her unique play dough and sold the items at the November 10th holiday bazaar at Our Lady of Assumption Church in Woodbridge. Abigail raised over $1200 and directed the proceeds to help jumpstart the programs in the new Telesz/Smilow Teen Center. Abigail’s efforts are the first for the Teen Center, which recently opened with a November 15th ribbon cutting, and we are grateful for the awareness that Abigail has brought forth for this population of patients at Smilow Cancer Hospital.
