Lynda “Goes Bald” for the Sister to Sister Fund

Andrea Silber, MD, Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Yale School of Medicine and medical oncologist at the Breast Center at Smilow Cancer Hospital, accepts a donation from Peter and Lynda Burke in support of the Sister to Sister Fund at Yale New Haven Hospital. The $11,000 contribution represents proceeds from a July 28, 2018 fundraising event at Dunn’s Pub in Hamden organized by the Burkes, who both work at Yale New Haven Hospital. The Sister to Sister Fund provides support to underinsured and uninsured patients undergoing treatment for breast cancer at Smilow Cancer Hospital.
