Our Wish Book is a catalog of various items that you can order to help make a difference in the life of a sick or injured patient, worried parent or a family struggling with illness.

Amazon Wishlist

The Wishlist includes our highest need items that meet YNHCH guidelines for safe use in the hospital. Purchased items can be sent directly to the hospital at any time.

Child Life Program Support Fund

Child Life helps children cope with being in a hospital by providing a variety of play and developmentally appropriate preparation experiences.

YNHH Auxiliary Toy Closet

A hospital stay can be scary and lonely for a child. The Toy Closet Program provides each pediatric patient with a toy when they are discharged from Yale New Haven Children's Hospital. Here's how you can help!

Mail or Fax a Gift

You may also mail or fax your gift along with the printable contribution form to the Office of Development. This method allows you to include your credit card information or write a personal/corporate check.

When making a monetary donation to Yale New Haven, please fill out the printable contribution form. 

Completing this form and including it with your personal check, corporate check or credit card information, will help ensure that your wishes are carried out in applying the gift and recognizing it appropriately. 

You can also fax your printable contribution form along with your credit card information to the Office of Development. All information sent via fax is confidential.
