West Haven Breast Cancer Awareness

West Haven Mayor Nancy R. Rossi (far right) participated in the West Haven Breast Cancer Awareness Program (WHBCAP) check presentation to the Smilow Breast Center and Cingari Family Boutique. In the past 15 years the WHBCAP provided very generous support by subsidizing the purchase of mastectomy bras and camisoles for those patients needing assistance, patient education materials as well as other programs and needs of breast cancer patients. The significant impact of this attention to our patients cannot be overstated, and we are grateful for their focus over the years.
